Chicken Tetrazzini
- 2-3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup white wine or milk
- ½ cup slivered almonds (optional)
- 2 cans (4oz. each) sliced mushrooms drained
- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- Parmesan cheese
- Spaghetti
- Put all ingredients except cheese and spaghetti in Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
