FRIED RICE

 

 

1. Beat eggs lightly.

2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add green onions and eggs, and stir for 10 to 20 seconds.

3. Add rice and stir briskly for 2 minutes more. Season with salt and soy sauce, mix well and serve.
