INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

In consideration for the right to participate in the 2000 FM 1960 St. Patrick’s Day Parade and other good and valuable consideration and on behalf of ___________________ and its parade participants, I hereby waive all claims against and indemnify and hold harmless, the 2000 FM 1960 St. Patrick’s Day Parade Ad Hoc committee and its members and subcommittee members, the Cypress Creek EMS, the proprietorships, companies and corporations which are members of the committee or connected with the parade. I am authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of my/our parade entry, understand its terms, and acknowledge that the Ad Hoc committee is relying on this agreement and my authority in accepting my/our entry.
