This is my FUN page. Through the years, I have collected favorite recipes and have provided them to family and friends. Once I became computer literate about five years ago, I began archiving them in a format to print out in a 3-ring small binder.

Some have been published (my favorite fajita recipe I've refined over the years, and my Mother's coffee cake) and all have been field tested. And during the Holidays, be sure to try the great turkey dressing that my whole family loves.
