STEAMED ORANGE ROUGHY

 

 

(For steaks, fillets, whole fish of any size). Keep the fish above the water -- on a plate if desired.

Using a steamer basket in the wok is perhaps the best way to do it. Keep the lid on the steamer.

Allow approximately 5-7 minutes for two steaks.
