Spaghetti Sauce

Recipe Description: Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

1 large can tomato juice

1- 6 oz. can tomato paste

1 can mushrooms

1 tsp. salt, sugar & Italian seasoning

½ tsp. pepper

4 large garlic cloves

1 large onion

1-1½ lbs. ground beef

2-4 hard boiled eggs

Instructions:

1 large can tomato juice, 1- 6 oz. can tomato paste (let cook over high heat to thicken)

Add to the sauce 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper. 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 can of mushrooms.

Saute until brown 4 large garlic cloves and 1 large onion and then add to sauce.

Brown well in same pan 1-1 ½ lb ground beef and add to sauce.

Simmer 2-3 hours.

About 15 minutes before serving, add 2-4 hard boiled eggs.

Taste for seasoning

Serve over angel hair
